We have also published a white paper entitled Selling in a Tectonic Shift: Thriving while the Ground is Unstable.  It provides insight into crafting an effective response to the current economic contraction and financial crisis.  The usual and customary steps taken to respond to an ordinary cyclical recession aren’t proving effective in the current economy, and a different response is essential if firms are going to survive, grow and thrive.
