We’re often asked to provide personal, one-to-one coaching for CEOs, business development executives, sales and marketing managers and salespeople — exclusive of a larger engagement with their respective organizations. And where we believe we can quickly generate real value, without creating a conflict of interest with a current corporate client, we’re happy to oblige.
These short-term, intensive coaching engagements tend to focus on one of the following:
- A specific, short-term situation or challenge
- A particular discipline or skill
- A significant deal or opportunity
Each of these is tailored to the individual client and the specific situation. Lasting for no more than 90 days, most are built around scheduled conference calls on alternating weeks, with unlimited email contact for the exchange of documents, drafts, resources and updates.
