We try to live by the wisdom of our favorite American philosopher — Clint Eastwood — who famously observed: “A man’s got to know his limitations.”  And we’re very conscious of ours.

That’s why we focus on situations where our learning curve will be shortest, enabling us to create value quickly.

Our niche is B2B organizations with annual revenues of $500 million or less. Despite our personal experiences, we’re not focused on a single industry or market segment, but on businesses whose primary channel to market is a direct sales force.

We work with companies selling customized solutions or custom-manufactured products; with publishers and other content creators; with printers and other content distributors; and with associations, societies and membership organizations. We also accept special engagements involving mergers and acquisitions, as well as one-to-one coaching.
